I am Jesus Hoyos, a CRM consultant, speaker, influencer and Independent Analyst for the CRM industry in Latin America. I speak at many events in the region and provide "in-company" lectures, and have been quoted in many publications in the region such as CNNExpansion and AmericaEconomia. When I find time in my busy schedule (too many airlines, hotels, and airports), I write for Mundo-Contact, El Inversionista and ContactCenter, among other publications in the region.
