I am Jesus Hoyos, a CRM consultant and Independent Analyst, who loves to write about the CRM industry and practices in Latin America. I have this section in English since many of my Twitter followers are from the United States, India, Canada and Europe.
I also speak at many events in the region and provide "in-company" lectures from time to time, and have been quoted in many publications in the region such as CNNExpansion and AmericaEconomia. When I find time in my busy schedule (too many airlines, hotels, and airports), I write for Mundo-Contact, El Inversionista and ContactCenter, among other publications in the region.
