MundoContact (CRM and Contact Center Portal in Latin America) and Solvis (my CRM consulting company) are patronizing a Social CRM webminar where I will present how Social Media can be integrated with CRM systems. In the past few months I have seen 2 trends regarding Social CRM in Mexico and Argentina. Mexico's agencies and some brands are looking for social media solutions to capture leads from social media marketing efforts, and in Argentina, I have seen the implementation of Social Media Centers to take care of customer service issues found on Facebook and Twitter.
